Mendocino Coast Clinics is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to provide operational leadership and supervision for medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and referral coordinators. This position will facilitate team-oriented patient care activities in order to assure expedient, quality customer service to all patients.
Qualifications: One to two years supervisory experience required. Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Medical clinic experience preferred.

Behavioral Health Site Manager
Mendocino Coast Clinics is seeking a Behavioral Health Site Manager. This position reports directly to the Operations Director and will provide operational leadership to the Behavorial Health Department and supervision for the BH Case managers and Receptionist. Will also supervise the the South Street Medical Receptionist and Office Floats. One to two years supervisory experience required. Behavioral Health clinic experience preferred. Mendocino Coast Clinics is looking for two full time Medical Assistants to join our dedicated, patient-centered care team.
Under the general supervision of nursing personnel, the Medical Assistant performs intake procedures and routine nursing duties in the care and treatment of patients.
High School diploma or GED. Previous medical office experience preferred but not required.
Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant preferred but not required. Spanish speaking a plus.

Registered Nurse - Pediatrics/Medical
Mendocino Coast Clinics has an opening for a full time Registered Nurse for our Pediatrics site. The RN performs medical procedures as directed by providers, including administering immunizations. Provides for nursing/clinical care of patients needing triage on a call-in or drop-in basis. Provides patient education and performs basic laboratory procedures.

Behavioral Health Counselor/Psychologist
Mendocino Coast Clinics (MCC) seeks a full time Behavioral Health Counselor/Psychologist. This position is responsible for assessing clients’ therapy needs, designing, and coordinating all aspects of clients’ treatment and providing ongoing counseling services. MCC has an integrated model working with pediatric and adult primary care providers offering support to patients in all MCC departments.
Requirements: A current license as an LCSW, Psychologist and to practice in the State of California. Must have experience in a behavioral health and/or agency setting and be familiar with reporting laws and state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality. Spanish speaking helpful.
Duties include providing prevention-oriented quality outpatient primary care to patients of Mendocino Coast Clinics, to include but not be limited to: Comprehensive history and physical exams, diagnoses, treatment and follow-up of illness and diseases, minor and emergency medical services.
