The main building is located at 205 South Street with two entrances. The east door is the entrance for general medical and dental health care. The west door is the entrance for behavioral medicine and administrative offices. The general number for all departments is 707-964-1251.

855 Sequoia Circle

The building next door, east of South Street, is 855 Sequoia Circle. Services located in that facility are obstetrics & gynecology, perinatal services, women’s health care and patient advocates. These offices can be reached through the general number and behavioral counseling appointments can be made at 961-3456.

510 D Cypress Avenue

Mendocino Coast Clinics Pediatric Group is located at 510 D Cypress Avenue, just east of the local hospital. While they can be accessed through the central operator at 964-1251, there is also designated number 964-5696.
